I think DS3 also had this issue but with a mouse fix in the files this goes pretty much away completely. Plus high frames also screws with your mouse sensitivity and just feels off. And I had no known issues relating to fps, like the zero g deaths in DS1 I personally forced 60 fps for both DS1 and 2.

Second, the first 2 have problems with frame rates, specifically with high frames. Though this can be fixed by going to and following their guides. So for starters, the series on PC has some issues with the mouse. So its actually kind of a loaded question.
